As a trained energy inspector I will inspect the details of a home and coupled with the Home Tune-uP software, produce a comprehensive illustrated report where customers can find:
Which energy improvements are best for their home
How much these improvements will cost and what they will save
Which group of improvements will save more on energy bills than they cost
Low-cost financing information
A list of no-cost, low-cost energy savers
How it works
The inspection involves gathering lots of data including:
Fact: Average annual energy savings after recommended improvements is 25 percent or better, an average savings of $450 based on current energy prices.
The Home Tune-uP inspection can be done alone or coupled with a standard home inspection.
